Group Therapy
Clinician-led group therapy gives patients a supportive space to share experiences, learn from one another and practice new coping skills. These sessions incorporate proven approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), helping individuals better understand their thoughts, emotions and behaviors while building practical tools for daily life.
Rehabilitation & Skills Development
Rehabilitation therapy groups are led by Master’s-level professionals with expertise in creative and therapeutic practices. Through dance and movement, music and art therapy, patients can explore their experiences, express themselves and support their emotional well-being.
Skills development groups led by nurses and mental health staff focus on practical tools for everyday life, including emotional regulation, activities of daily living, problem-solving and assertive communication.
Support Groups & Education Sessions
Education groups led by nutritionists, pharmacists, recovery support specialists, and spiritual care providers give guidance on topics like healthy habits and medications.
Family education sessions are also offered regularly to help parents, loved ones and caregivers better understand treatment and support recovery at home.
In addition, Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous meetings are held on-site, offering peer support for individuals working through substance use challenges.
Pet Therapy
Therapy dogs visit regularly and are available across all units, offering comfort and emotional support. These visits can help reduce stress, lift mood and create moments of connection during treatment.
